Program Overview
Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) Occupations in Demand (OID) is a non-Express Entry category program for international skilled workers without a job offer. The eligibility requirements are relatively low. In September 2019, the Saskatchewan government replaced the Occupations in Demand (OID) list with an “Excluded Occupation List”. If your occupation is not on the “Excluded Occupation List”, you may apply for any National Occupational Classification (NOC) 0, A, or B occupation that is not on the list. Since July 2018, this program has been using EOI system to replace the previous “first come, first served” model. Saskatchewan regularly issues invitations to applicants based on their EOI score and labor market demand.
